Turn on an Account Plugin and enter the credentials Volie needs for that integration.
Before you start
To set up Account Plugins, you need:
Super Admin access to create or edit an Account Plugin
Manager or Owner access if you only need to search and view the list
Credentials from the plugin vendor (store them securely; do not put them in screenshots)
Steps
Follow these steps to set up Account Plugins:
Go to Admin → Account Plugins.
If you are Super Admin, select the plus icon to open New Account Plugin.
Select Plugin Name and set Enabled to Enabled.
Complete the fields for that plugin (for example Automate Username and Automate Host Url for Automate, or Cdk User and Cdk Password for CDK 3PA).
Select Create.
Confirm the card shows ENABLED. Expand the card (when available) to verify non-secret details.
What success looks like
When Account Plugin setup is complete, the plugin card on Admin → Account Plugins shows ENABLED. If you don’t see plugins, you will see Unable to find any account plugins. Please adjust your search criteria. If a Manager or Owner selects plus, the New route is Super Admin only and they cannot save a new plugin.
Limitations
Account Plugins have these verified limits:
New, Edit, and Show routes are Super Admin only. Manager and Owner can list and search.
Plugin Name cannot be changed after create.
Expand-in-place credential summaries on the card are available for Automate, Chrome ADS, and CDK 3PA only.
Common questions
Who can create an Account Plugin?
Only Super Admin can create or edit an Account Plugin. Manager and Owner can open Admin → Account Plugins to search and view cards.
Why can’t I change Plugin Name later?
Plugin Name is locked on Edit Account Plugin. Enable or disable the plugin, or update its credential fields, without renaming it.
