How to read it

  2. Start with SMS Sent, SMS Delivered, and SMS Failed to confirm delivery volume and health.

  3. Review SMS Responded and SMS Unsubscribes to see engagement and opt-out trends.

  4. Check SMS Leads, SMS Appointments Created, and SMS Appointment/SMS Lead % for lead and appointment conversion.

  5. Finish with SMS Appointments Scheduled, SMS Appointments Shown, and SMS Show % to see whether scheduled visits actually show.

  6. Compare rows by Organization Name and Campaign Name to spot stronger or weaker deployments.

Limitations

The Message Campaign Report has these verified limits:

  • It covers SMS message campaign deployments only. It is not a replacement for Email Summary under Legacy Reports or for inbound or outbound conversion reports.

  • Enrolled counts customers enrolled in the campaign during the date range, not necessarily everyone who received a specific blast.

  • SMS Responded may count incoming replies rather than unique customers.

  • Glossary / Formulas on the Reports page focuses on other Volie report metrics; use the definitions in this article for SMS deployment columns.

Common questions

Why is Enrolled different from SMS Sent on the Message Campaign Report?

Enrolled counts customers enrolled in the campaign during the selected date range who agents could work. SMS Sent counts messages attempted in that deployment. Enrollment and send volume measure different things, so the numbers often differ.

Does the Message Campaign Report include email?

No. The Message Campaign Report is designed for SMS message campaign deployments. For email performance, use Email Summary under Legacy Reports.

Why is SMS Responded higher than I expect on the Message Campaign Report?

SMS Responded on the Message Campaign Report may count individual incoming replies rather than unique customers, so one customer with multiple replies can increase the total.

What to do next

After you read the Message Campaign Report, export the deployment table for a leadership review, adjust campaign or deployment strategy on underperforming sends, or open Admin → Campaign Deployments to schedule the next deployment.
