How to use the Message Campaign Report
You will open the Message Campaign Report, set filters, and review SMS message campaign deployment results in one dashboard.
Before you start
To use the Message Campaign Report, you need:
A Manager or leader role with access to Reports and the organizations and campaigns you plan to review
SMS message campaign deployments sent during the date range you select
Steps
Follow these steps to use the Message Campaign Report:
Sign in to Volie.
Go to Reports.
Open Message Campaign Report.
Set Date Range to the period you want to review.
Optionally filter by Organization / Store and Campaign when those controls appear on your dashboard. The deployment table refreshes when filters change.
Review each row in the deployment table — one row represents one SMS deployment (one bulk send).
Export or download the table when download controls are available on your dashboard.
What success looks like
When the Message Campaign Report loads with your filters, the deployment table reflects the same date range and scope you selected. If numbers look out of sync after changing filters, adjust Date Range or organization and campaign filters once more, or confirm you have access to the selected organization and campaign.

Who can open the Message Campaign Report?
Dealership and BDC managers who have Reports access and permission to view the selected organizations and campaigns can open the Message Campaign Report.
Can I filter the Message Campaign Report by date, store, and campaign?
Yes. The Message Campaign Report includes Date Range, and your dashboard may also offer Organization / Store and Campaign filters. Visible metrics update when you change them.
How do I send the SMS deployments this report measures?
Go to Admin → Campaign Deployments. From there, use Deployments, Schedule New Deployment, Manual Deployment, or Search to send or schedule message campaign deployments.
Can I export Message Campaign Report data?
The Message Campaign Report supports export or download from the deployment table when those controls are enabled on your dashboard.
