Definitions

The table below explains the columns and metrics on the Campaign Performance Report:

Column / metric

How to use it

Enrolled

Customers enrolled in the campaign during the selected date range who can still be actioned

Compare volume across campaigns; low enrollment limits how much you can learn from other metrics

Attempts

Dispositioned phone attempts (inbound or outbound), including campaign attempts, returned missed calls, and callbacks

Review volume before judging contact rate

Contacts

Phone attempts where the disposition indicates contact was made

Compare to Attempts to see whether customers are answering

Contact %

Contacts divided by Attempts

Spot campaigns with low answer rates relative to dial volume

Call Appointments

Appointments created in Volie from a disposition on a phone attempt

See how phone outreach converts to scheduled visits

Appointments/Attempt %

Appointments divided by successfully dispositioned attempts (phone, email, or SMS)

Compare conversion efficiency across campaigns

Appointments/Contacts %

How to read it

Use these steps to read the Campaign Performance Report:

  1. Set Date Range and filters so the report matches the store, campaign, or team you are reviewing.

  2. Start with Enrolled, Attempts, Contacts, and Contact % to see volume versus contact rate.

  3. Review Call Appointments, Email Appointment, SMS Appointment, and Appointments Created to see channel contribution.

  4. Compare Appointments/Attempt % and Appointments/Contacts % to judge conversion after dials and after contact.

  5. Use the campaign table to rank campaigns and focus coaching or dial adjustments on underperformers.

Limitations

The Campaign Performance Report has these verified limits:

  • It shows campaign-level conversion, not agent-level performance. Use agent conversion reports when you need results by agent.

  • Metric labels on the live dashboard may differ slightly from column headers in exports. Use Glossary / Formulas on the Reports page for authoritative definitions.

Common questions

Why is Contact % low on the Campaign Performance Report?

Contact % is Contacts divided by Attempts on the Campaign Performance Report. A low value usually means customers are not answering relative to dial volume—check Attempts and Contacts together before changing campaign focus.

Why does Appointments Created differ from Call Appointments on the Campaign Performance Report?

Appointments Created counts appointments from phone, email, and SMS dispositions during the date range, while Call Appointments counts only phone-sourced appointments. Email and SMS appointments appear separately when your dashboard includes those columns.

How is the Campaign Performance Report different from agent conversion reports?

The Campaign Performance Report is organized by campaign and store. Agent Inbound Conversion and Agent Outbound Conversion reports show similar conversion ideas by agent.

What to do next

After you read the Campaign Performance Report, export the campaign table for leadership review, adjust dial focus on underperforming campaigns, or open Glossary / Formulas if a metric label needs clarification.
