What this report shows
The Email Deployment Report shows how each email deployment performed — from delivery and customer engagement through leads, appointments, and shows. Each table row represents one email deployment (one bulk email send to a group of customers), so you can compare sends without combining them by hand.

How to read it
Use these steps to read the Email Deployment Report:
Set Date Range and Organization / Store filters so every row reflects the same scope.
Start with Email Sent, Email Delivered, and Email Delivered % to confirm the deployment reached customers.
Review Email Opened, Email Clicked, Email Responded, and the related percentages to see engagement depth.
Check Email Bounced and Email Unsubscribed (and their percentages) when delivery or list health looks weak.
Move to Email Leads and Email Appointments Created to see whether engagement converted.
Compare Email Appointment / Email Response % and Email Appointment / Email Lead % when replies or leads are high but appointments are low.
Finish with Email Appointments Scheduled, Email Appointments Shown, and Email Show % to see whether scheduled visits actually show.
Limitations
The Email Deployment Report has these verified limits:
Metrics cover email deployments only — not SMS or other message types.
It is not a full replacement for the legacy Email Summary report, and it is not the admin page used to create or send email deployments.
Dashboard labels, optional filters, totals rows, and export controls may differ on the live report — treat the live dashboard as the source of truth and use Glossary / Formulas when a label is unclear.
You see data only for the account, organizations, and campaigns your user is allowed to view.
Common questions
What counts as one deployment on the Email Deployment Report?
One deployment is one bulk email send to a group of customers. Each table row on the Email Deployment Report represents that single send, not an individual customer.
Why is Email Delivered % low on the Email Deployment Report?
Email Delivered % is emails delivered divided by emails sent for that deployment. A low value usually means bounces or delivery failures — review Email Bounced and Email Bounced % on the same row before changing message content.
Why do opens or clicks look strong but appointments are zero?
Engagement metrics (Email Opened, Email Clicked, Email Responded) measure customer interaction with the email. Email Appointments Created measures appointments tied to the deployment — a gap often means customers engaged but did not book, or appointment activity happened outside the filtered date range.
Why doesn't this report match Email Summary?
Email Summary is a legacy report with different grouping and scope. The Email Deployment Report is built around one row per email deployment so you can compare individual sends.
What to do next
After you read the Email Deployment Report, export the deployment table for leadership review, adjust email content or audience on underperforming deployments, or open Glossary / Formulas if a metric label needs clarification.
