How to access the Outbound Campaign Performance report
Use this guide to confirm you can open the Outbound Campaign Performance report and understand who can see which data.
Before you start
To access the Outbound Campaign Performance report, you need:
A user role that includes Reports (for example Manager, Admin, Owner, or Supervisor)
The Outbound Campaign Performance report listed on your Reports home
Permission to view the organizations and campaigns whose activity appears on the report
Steps
Follow these steps to access the Outbound Campaign Performance report:
Sign in to Volie.
Open Reports from the main navigation.
On the Reports home, look for Outbound Campaign Performance in Account Specific Reports or General Reports.
Select the report card to open the interactive dashboard.
Optional: from Reports, open Glossary / Formulas to look up metric definitions before your first review.
What success looks like
When access is set up correctly, Outbound Campaign Performance opens as a dashboard with filters, summary tiles, and an organization performance table. If the report card is missing, confirm your role includes Reports and contact your Volie account team — the report may need to be enabled or assigned to your account. If the report opens but data looks limited, check that your user can access the relevant organizations and campaigns.
Common questions
Who can open the Outbound Campaign Performance report?
Users with a role that includes Reports access can open the Outbound Campaign Performance report when it is listed on the Reports home for their account.
Why don't I see the Outbound Campaign Performance report on Reports?
You usually do not see the Outbound Campaign Performance report because your role does not include Reports, the report is not enabled or assigned to your account, or you are signed into a different account than the one where the report was configured. Confirm your role and account with your administrator or Volie account team.
Does everyone see the same numbers on the report?
No — users only see data for the account, organizations, teams, and campaigns they are allowed to view. Two managers with different organization access may see different store rows and totals on the Outbound Campaign Performance report.
