Getting started with the Organization Outbound Performance report
The Organization Outbound Performance report gives BDC managers and leaders one store-level view of outbound campaign conversion — enrollment, dials, contacts, callbacks, appointments, and show results — so you can compare organizations without stitching together separate reports.
Why teams use this
Teams use the Organization Outbound Performance report to see how outbound campaigns convert by Organization / Store. It combines enrollment volume, outbound phone outreach, callback handling on outbound campaigns, email and SMS appointment contributions, scheduled appointments, and show rates in a single dashboard.
What the report is
The Organization Outbound Performance report is an interactive dashboard in Reports. Each row in the organization performance table represents an Organization / Store (and may include a Campaign column when your view breaks results out by campaign). Metrics are tied to outbound campaigns (campaign type outbound), not every outbound-direction call in your account. When you change filters, summary tiles, charts, and the table refresh together.
