Troubleshooting the Outbound Campaign Performance report

Use this guide when the Outbound Campaign Performance report is missing, empty, or does not match what you expect after changing filters.

Before you start

Before you troubleshoot the Outbound Campaign Performance report:

  • Confirm you are signed into the correct Volie account

  • Note the Date Range, Organization / Store, Campaign, and Team filters you applied

  • Confirm your role includes access to Reports

I cannot find the report on Reports

Symptom: Outbound Campaign Performance does not appear on the Reports home.

Likely cause: Your user role does not include Reports, or the report is not enabled or assigned to your account.

Fix: Confirm your role with your administrator. If your role is correct, contact your Volie account team to confirm the report is active for your account and appears under Account Specific Reports or General Reports.

The dashboard opens but shows no data

Symptom: Summary tiles and the organization table show zeros or stay empty after you set filters.

Likely cause: No outbound campaign activity matches your date range and filter scope, or your user cannot access the organizations or campaigns with activity.

Fix: Widen Date Range, clear Organization / Store, Campaign, or Team filters one at a time, and confirm outbound campaigns were running in that period. If activity should exist, verify your user has access to those organizations and campaigns.

Numbers do not change when I change filters

Symptom: You adjust Date Range or scope filters but tiles and the table look unchanged.

Likely cause: The filter selection did not apply, the date range has no differing activity, or the browser view needs a refresh.

Fix: Re-select filters and wait for the dashboard to refresh. Try a clearly different Date Range. Refresh the page and reopen Outbound Campaign Performance from Reports.

A metric looks wrong compared to another report

Symptom: OB Contacts, OB Appts Set, or callback metrics do not match another Volie report or export.

Likely cause: The Outbound Campaign Performance report only includes outbound campaign activity at the organization / store level and uses specific rules for contacts, callbacks, and appointments. Other reports may use agent scope, different campaign types, or disposition logic.

Fix: Compare the same date range and organizations on both reports. Read How to read the Outbound Campaign Performance report for metric definitions, and use Reports → Glossary / Formulas for underlying formulas. Treat instant drops and Save Place in Line separately when interpreting callback presented counts.

I cannot download the organization table

Symptom: No CSV or download control appears on the organization performance table.

Likely cause: Download may not be enabled on your live dashboard version, or the table has not finished loading.

Fix: Refresh the report and scroll to the full organization performance table. If download is still unavailable, capture what you need from the on-screen table or contact your Volie account team to confirm whether export is enabled for your account.

Common questions

Why do I see fewer stores than expected on the report?

You see fewer stores than expected when Organization / Store, Campaign, or Team filters narrow the scope, when a location had no outbound campaign activity in the selected date range, or when your organization access excludes some locations.

Why are callback numbers lower than total callbacks I hear about?

Callback presented counts on the Outbound Campaign Performance report exclude instant drops and Save Place in Line from standard presented callback calls. That definition differs from a raw inbound call count on an outbound campaign.
