How to access the Organization Outbound Performance report

Use this guide to confirm you can open the Organization Outbound Performance report and understand who can see which data.

Before you start

To access the Organization Outbound Performance report, you need:

  • A user role that includes Reports (for example Manager, Admin, Owner, or Supervisor)

  • The Organization Outbound Performance report listed on your Reports home

  • Permission to view the organizations and campaigns whose activity appears on the report

Steps

Follow these steps to access the Organization Outbound Performance report:

  1. Sign in to Volie.

  2. Open Reports from the main navigation.

  3. On the Reports home, look for Organization Outbound Performance in Account Specific Reports or General Reports.

  4. Select the report card to open the interactive dashboard.

  5. Optional: from Reports, open Glossary / Formulas to look up metric definitions before your first review.

What success looks like

When access is set up correctly, Organization Outbound Performance opens as a dashboard with filters, summary tiles, and an organization performance table. If the report card is missing, confirm your role includes Reports and contact your Volie account team — the report may need to be enabled or assigned to your account. If the report opens but data looks limited, check that your user can access the relevant organizations and campaigns.
