How to review Communication Queue User Sessions

See which users logged into which communication queues, when they logged in, and how long they stayed.

Before you start

Before you review Communication Queue User Sessions:

  • Queue groups and users should already be set up (see How to set up Communication Queue Groups)

  • An Admin role (Manager, Owner, or Super Admin)

Steps

Follow these steps to review Communication Queue User Sessions:

  1. Go to Admin → Communication Queue User Sessions.

  2. Select Search to open Search Queue Sessions.

  3. Set filters such as Organization, Users, Campaign, Communication Type (Phone, Email, or SMS Message), Queue Name, Language, Logged In After:, Logged Out Before:, and Status (All, Active, or Inactive).

  4. Select Search.

  5. Read User Name, Queue, Organization, Campaign, Communication Type, Logged In, Logged Out, Duration, and Language.

What success looks like

When you finish reviewing Communication Queue User Sessions, the table shows the sessions that match your filters. If you don’t see rows, you will see No sessions found. — widen the dates or set Status to All.

Can I create a session from Communication Queue User Sessions?

You cannot create a session from Communication Queue User Sessions. That page is a history of logins. Users join queues through Communication Center after they are added to a Communication Queue Group.

Why is Users disabled in Search Queue Sessions?

Users stays disabled in Search Queue Sessions until you select an Organization. The hint is Select an organization to select a user.
