How to review Communication Dispositions

How admins search applied call, email, and message dispositions

S
Written by Sadie Timmons

Search the log of dispositions already applied to calls, emails, and messages. This is not the catalog of disposition types.

Before you start

Before you review Communication Dispositions:

  • Agents must already be applying dispositions on communications

  • An Admin role (Manager, Owner, or Super Admin)

To create or edit disposition types, use Admin → Dispositions instead (see How to set up Advanced Dispositions).

Steps

Follow these steps to review Communication Dispositions:

  1. Go to Admin → Communication Dispositions.

  2. Select Search to open Search Communication Dispositions.

  3. Set Organization, then optionally Users, Campaign Name, Communication Channel (Call, Email, or Message), Disposition, Appointment Date, Appointment Status, and Appointment Type.

  4. Select Search.

  5. Read Created, Organization, Campaign, User, Communication, Disposition, Appointment, and Notes.

  6. Select the eye icon on a Call, Email, or Message row to open that communication.

What success looks like

When you finish reviewing Communication Dispositions, the table lists applied outcomes that match your filters. If you don’t see rows, you will see No communication dispositions found. Confirm Organization is selected before Users or Campaign Name.

Common questions

Is Communication Dispositions the same as Dispositions?

Communication Dispositions is the log of outcomes already applied to a call, email, or message. Admin → Dispositions is the catalog of disposition types agents can choose. Create new types on Dispositions, not on Communication Dispositions.

Why can’t I select Users or Campaign Name?

Users and Campaign Name stay disabled on Search Communication Dispositions until you select an Organization. The hints are Select an organization to select a user. and Select an organization to select a campaign.
