How to access the Inbound Queue Time report

Use this guide to confirm you can open the Inbound Queue Time report and understand who can see which data.

Before you start

To access the Inbound Queue Time report, you need:

  • A user role that includes Reports (for example Manager or Admin)

  • The Inbound Queue Time Report listed on your Reports home

  • Permission to view the organizations and campaigns whose activity appears on the report

Steps

Follow these steps to access the Inbound Queue Time report:

  1. Sign in to Volie.

  2. Open Reports from the main navigation.

  3. On the Reports home, look for Inbound Queue Time Report in Account Specific Reports or General Reports.

  4. Select the report card to open the interactive dashboard.

  5. Optional: from Reports, open Glossary / Formulas to look up metric definitions before your first review.

What success looks like

When access is set up correctly, Inbound Queue Time Report opens as a dashboard with filters, summary tiles, charts, and a detailed performance table. If the report card is missing, confirm your role includes Reports and contact your Volie account team — the report may need to be enabled or assigned to your account. If the report opens but data looks limited, check that your user can access the relevant organizations and campaigns.

Common questions

Who can open the Inbound Queue Time report?

Users with a role that includes Reports access can open the Inbound Queue Time report when it is listed on the Reports home for their account.

Why don't I see the Inbound Queue Time report on Reports?

You usually do not see the Inbound Queue Time report because your role does not include Reports, the report is not enabled or assigned to your account, or you are signed into a different account than the one where the report was configured. Confirm your role and account with your administrator or Volie account team.

Does everyone see the same numbers on the report?

No — users only see data for the account, organizations, teams, and campaigns they are allowed to view. Two managers with different organization access may see different rows and totals on the Inbound Queue Time report.
