How to use the Email Deployment Report
You will open the Email Deployment Report, set filters, and review how each bulk email send performed across delivery, engagement, and appointment results.
Before you start
To use the Email Deployment Report, you need:
A Manager or leader role with access to Reports and the email campaigns and organizations you plan to review
At least one email deployment (bulk email send) in the date range you select
Steps
Follow these steps to use the Email Deployment Report:
Sign in to Volie.
Go to Reports.
Open Email Deployment Report.
Set Date Range to the period you want to review.
Optionally filter by Organization / Store. The deployment table and percentages refresh when filters change.
Review each row in the deployment table — each row represents one email deployment (one bulk send to a group of customers).
Scan identifying columns such as Organization Name, Campaign Name, and Deployment Date to find the send you care about.
Compare delivery and engagement columns (for example Email Delivered, Email Opened, Email Clicked, and Email Responded) across deployments.
Review conversion columns such as Email Leads, Email Appointments Created, Email Appointments Scheduled, and Email Appointments Shown to see follow-through.
Export the table when download controls are available on your dashboard.
Tips
When you use the Email Deployment Report, these tips help:
For a weekly performance review, set Date Range to last week and sort the deployment table by Email Opened % or Email Appointments Created.
To compare stores, run the report once per Organization / Store filter and note whether delivery or engagement differs by location.
When a percentage looks off, open Reports → Glossary / Formulas and look up the metric name before coaching on that number.
What success looks like
When the Email Deployment Report loads with your filters, every visible row and percentage reflects the same Date Range and Organization / Store scope. If numbers look stale after you change a filter, adjust a filter once to refresh the dashboard, or confirm you have access to the selected organization and campaigns.
Limitations
The Email Deployment Report has these verified limits:
Each row is one email deployment (bulk email send). SMS deployments belong on a separate message or SMS report.
This report is not the legacy Email Summary report and is not the Campaign Deployments page used to send emails.
Metric labels on the live dashboard may be shortened. Use Glossary / Formulas on the Reports page for plain-language definitions.
Common questions
Who can open the Email Deployment Report?
Managers and dealership leaders who have Reports access and permission to view the selected organizations and email campaigns can open the Email Deployment Report.
Can I filter the Email Deployment Report by date and store?
Yes. The Email Deployment Report supports Date Range and Organization / Store filters, and visible metrics update together when you change them.
How is the Email Deployment Report different from Email Summary?
Email Summary is a legacy report. The Email Deployment Report is organized with one row per email deployment so you can compare individual bulk sends without combining them manually.
Does the Email Deployment Report include SMS sends?
No. The Email Deployment Report covers email deployments only. Use a separate message or SMS report when you need SMS deployment results.
