How to use the Campaign Enrollment Report

You will open the Campaign Enrollment Report, set filters, and review how outbound campaign enrollments progress through the campaign lifecycle.

Before you start

To use the Campaign Enrollment Report, you need:

  • A Manager or leader role with access to Reports and the outbound campaigns you plan to review

  • Outbound campaigns with enrollment activity in the date range you select

Steps

Follow these steps to use the Campaign Enrollment Report:

  1. Sign in to Volie.

  2. Go to Reports.

  3. Open Campaign Enrollment.

  4. Set Date Range to the period you want to review (for example Day, Week, Month, or Year when those options are available).

  5. Optionally filter by Organization / Store. Summary tiles, charts, and the campaign enrollment table refresh when filters change.

  6. Review the summary tiles at the top for enrolled customers, active enrollees, contacts, appointments, and completion totals.

  7. Use trend and comparison charts (when present) to see enrollment and completion over time or compare campaigns and organizations.

  8. Scroll to the campaign enrollment table for campaign-level detail by store and campaign, including completion-reason columns.

  9. Export the table to CSV when download controls are available on your dashboard.

Tips

When you use the Campaign Enrollment Report, these tips help:

  • For a weekly follow-through review, set Date Range to last week and compare OB Active Enrollees to OB Completion and the Completed By columns.

  • To compare stores, run the report once per Organization / Store filter and note whether expiration reasons differ by location.

  • To check contact-to-appointment health, review OB Total Contacts, OB Total Appts, and OB Total Appts % together before changing dial focus.

What success looks like

When the Campaign Enrollment Report loads with your filters, summary tiles, charts, and the campaign enrollment table all reflect the same date range and scope. If tiles and the table look out of sync, change a filter once to refresh the dashboard, or confirm you have access to the selected organization and campaigns.
