How to use the Daily Import Report
You will open the Daily Import Report and scan each store to confirm dealership data is arriving before campaigns, appointments, and follow-up work depend on it.
Before you start
To use the Daily Import Report, you need:
A Manager or leader role with access to Reports
Organizations (stores) in scope for your account
Steps
Follow these steps to use the Daily Import Report:
Sign in to Volie.
Go to Reports.
On the Reports page, find the Daily Import Report card under General Reports or Account Specific Reports. Do not use Legacy Reports → Daily Import — that older report shows different columns.
Select the Daily Import Report card. Wait for the report to finish loading.
Set the date range (and any other filters shown in the report) to the period you want to review.
Scan Last Imported At for every Organization row. Flag stores where the time looks unusually old compared with peer stores.
Scan Customers, Sales, Closed ROs, Open ROs, Web Leads, and DMS Appointments for unexpected zeros or sharp drops versus recent days.
When a store looks stale or empty, note the organization name, date range, and affected columns before you contact your Volie Customer Success Manager or integration owner.
Tips
When you use the Daily Import Report, these tips help:
For a morning import health check, set the date range to include yesterday and today, then review Last Imported At before agents start dialing.
When campaign enrollment drops, open the report for the affected store and date range and check whether source data stopped arriving.
To verify DMS appointment feeds separately from agent scheduling, use DMS Appointments only — that column excludes appointments agents create in Communication Center.
What success looks like
When the Daily Import Report loads, you see one row per organization in scope with counts for the selected period and a relative Last Imported At time for each store. If you do not see the Daily Import Report card, refresh Reports, confirm you are in the correct account, and verify your login has report access.
Limitations
The Daily Import Report has these verified limits:
Legacy Reports → Daily Import is a different, older report. Use the newer Daily Import Report card for the store import-health columns described here.
DMS Appointments counts appointments received from your DMS only — not appointments agents create in Communication Center.
Common questions
Who should use the Daily Import Report?
Operations managers, campaign managers, BDC managers, and onboarding partners who need to confirm store data feeds are arriving as expected should use the Daily Import Report.
Is Legacy Reports → Daily Import the same as the Daily Import Report?
No. Legacy Reports → Daily Import is the older report. The newer Daily Import Report is the store import-health view with Last Imported At and the data-type columns described in How to read the Daily Import Report.
What if the Daily Import Report will not load?
Wait for the loading indicator to finish. If you see Unable to load report or Report Not Found, refresh once, confirm you opened the correct report card (not the legacy Daily Import link), then contact support or your Customer Success Manager with the account name and a screenshot.
