Email Search

This page will show all emails sent within your organizations.

From Admin, select Emails under the Search column.

This includes email campaigns, email follow-ups, hot alerts, and ticket alerts, filtered by most recent. You can view:

  • Email Key: Select this to view details of the email.

  • Datetime: The timestamp the email was sent.

  • Organization: Shows the organization the email was sent from.

  • Campaign: The campaign name the email was sent from.

  • Customer: The customer who received the email.

  • Last Event: Shows the status of the email, whether it was delivered, opened, clicked, or bounced.

  • From Address: The from address of the email.

  • To Address: The recipient’s email address.

  • Subject: The subject line of the email.

  • MIME Type: The format of the email template.

To Search

Select the Search bar in the top right.

Here you can search by:

  • Organization: Shows the organization the email was sent from.

  • Campaign: The campaign name the email was sent from.

  • Direction: An email sent from Volie or received.

  • MIME Type: The format of the email.

  • SID: The SID for the email.

  • Email Key: The unique email key for this email.

  • From Address: The from address of the email.

  • To Address: The recipient’s email address.

  • Start Date: The beginning of the search date range.

  • End Date: The end of the search date range.

When ready, hit Search.

Select the Email Key for more details on the email you’d like to view.

You can view the details of this email sent. To view how the email looked to the recipient, copy the Body URL and paste it into a new tab.

Events: Displayed are the email events for this recipient. You can see when this email was delivered, opened, clicked, or bounced. If a customer opens an email multiple times, we will receive all unique opens.
