Data Export Templates

Volie offers a set of standard export templates. These exports are downloadable reports that you can monitor different attributes in Volie.

From Home, select Admin and then Data Export Templates.

Here it will bring you to our different standard exports. These exports are broken down into Agent, Campaign, Conference, Customer, Disposition, Email, Message, Organization, and Report Exports.

Hovering over any of the following exports will allow you to view the details of a specific import. Select view over the export you would like to create and download.

Once in a specific Data Export Template, it will bring up 4 different tabs.

General: This will give a summary of this data export template. It will give a description of what information is in this data export template as well as the name of the file that will be downloaded on your computer.

Email Recipients: This tab will allow you to set up email recipients for this export. Meaning, any recipients added to this tab can be allowed to receive this export at a specific date and time in their inbox.

Exports: This tab is where you can create an export and download it. You will select + New Export to create the desired report.

For these exports, you have the option to edit the file name. Depending on the export, it will prompt you to select a date range as well as an organization or campaign to narrow down the data. Once the settings have been selected, you will select Run Export.

Once it has finished running, you will be able to download the file by selecting the blue download icon. A string of randomized numbers will be added to the file name to differentiate export.

You are also able to download any past exports by selecting the download expired link icon.

Run Schedule: This tab goes along with the email recipients tab. Here you can select a date and time for these exports to run and then email to your inbox. Email Recipients receive a copy of every export that is run- so not only the scheduled exports, but any ad hoc exports as well.

Once you select + Add Time, it will prompt you to create the parameters for the export and then set a date and time for this export to run. Once you hit Create Run Time, at this date and time it will run this export and then email to your inbox.

Agent Exports:

Agent SMS Summary: All agent campaign SMS message activity for the selected organization and date range. Includes total campaign messages sent, total SMS conversations handled in the communication center, total completed SMS return message customers, a breakdown of the dispositions, and the total records saved for later.

Campaign Exports:

Disposition Results: A summary of the dispositions for the selected organization during the date range. The results are grouped by campaign. This export only covers the dispositions submitted in the new communication center.

Return Message Campaign Customer: All return message customer enrollments for a specified organization during the date range. Date range filters based on customer enrollment date. Includes a returned message that enrolled customers, all customer, vehicle, and agent information as well as the dispositions and notes.

Click Through URLs: A summary of all click throughs (email events) from emails sent for the selected campaigns summed up by URL.
