How to set up an organization logo for email branding
Upload a logo for each organization in Volie so outbound emails can show that location's branding when templates use the Organization Logo URL merge tag.
Before you start
To set up an organization logo in Volie, you need:
Admin access (or permission to edit organization settings)
The organization record already created in Volie
A logo image file ready to upload (GIF, JPEG, JPG, or PNG)

Steps
Follow these steps to upload an organization logo in Volie:
Go to Admin → Organizations.
Open the organization you want to brand and select Edit.
Select the General tab.
On the Organization Logo card, select the add (+) control to open Add Image.
Choose a GIF, JPEG, JPG, or PNG file and select Upload Image.
After upload succeeds, the card shows a preview of the logo and the original file name.
To replace an existing logo, upload a new file on the same Organization Logo card—the new file becomes the active logo.
To remove a logo, select the delete control on the card, then select Confirm when asked Are you sure you want to delete this image? The empty-state message No organization logo has been uploaded returns when no logo is set.
What success looks like
When organization logo setup is complete, the Organization Logo card on General shows a preview and file name for that organization. If you do not see a preview after upload, confirm you have permission to edit the organization and refresh the page.
Limitations
Organization logos in Volie have these verified limits:
Each organization has one active logo—uploading again replaces the previous file.
The upload dialog accepts GIF, JPEG, JPG, and PNG only (not SVG).
Volie does not crop or resize logos in the product—upload the image at the size you want recipients to see.

Admins (or users with permission to edit organization settings) can upload, replace, or remove an organization logo on Admin → Organizations → Edit → General.
What file types can I upload for an organization logo?
