Tips
When you use the Pulse Employee Report, these tips help:
For a weekly coaching huddle, set Time Window to last week, then scan the employee table for handling gaps, appointment opportunities, and Pulse flags.
To compare stores, run the report once per Organization / Store filter and note differences in inbound volume and outbound follow-through.
What success looks like
When the Pulse Employee Report loads with your filters, summary tiles and the employee table reflect the same Time Window and scope. If numbers look out of sync, change a filter once to refresh the dashboard. If you do not see Pulse Employee Report under Pulse, confirm Pulse is enabled on your account or contact your Volie account team.
Limitations
The Pulse Employee Report has these verified limits:
It includes only employees on Click-to-Call tracking lines—not every phone line or employee in the account.
Pulse AI metrics on this report are not the same as Agent Inbound Conversion campaign metrics. Use each report for its intended scope.
