How to use the Pulse Organization Report

You will open the Pulse Organization Report, set filters, and review store-level Pulse call activity in one dashboard.

Before you start

To use the Pulse Organization Report, you need:

  • Pulse enabled for your Volie account (the report appears under the Pulse section on Reports only when Pulse is on)

  • A Manager or leader role with access to Reports and the organizations you plan to review

Steps

Follow these steps to use the Pulse Organization Report:

  1. Sign in to Volie.

  2. Go to Reports.

  3. Open the Pulse section and select Pulse Organization Report.

  4. Set Date Range to the period you want to review.

  5. Optionally filter by Organization / Store when that filter is available on your dashboard. Summary tiles and the organization table refresh when filters change.

  6. Review the summary tiles at the top for inbound and outbound call volume, Pulse handling and appointment outcomes, missed-call signals, and quality flags.

  7. Scroll to the organization performance table to compare stores side by side for the selected date range.

  8. Download the table to CSV when download controls are available on your dashboard.

  9. Open Reports → Glossary / Formulas when you need a plain-language definition for a metric label.

Tips

When you use the Pulse Organization Report, these tips help:

  • For a weekly store health check, set Date Range to last week, then scan AI IB Handled %, AI Appt Set/Opp %, and quality flags by organization.

  • To focus on missed inbound demand, review IB Missed Calls, IB Voicemail, and IB After Hours before coaching on appointment conversion.

What success looks like

When the Pulse Organization Report loads with your filters, summary tiles and the organization table reflect the same date range and scope. If numbers look out of sync, change a filter once to refresh the dashboard, or confirm you have access to the selected organization.

Limitations

The Pulse Organization Report has these verified limits:

  • The report includes organization-associated call tracking lead lines and call tracking lines—not every phone number on the account.

  • You only see data for the account and organizations your user is allowed to view.
