What this report shows
The Campaign Enrollment Report shows how customers enrolled in outbound campaigns are handled, contacted, converted to appointments, completed, or still active — including why enrollments end (final disposition, max attempts, expiration days, opt-outs, and other exits).
Outbound on this report means activity tied to campaigns with outbound campaign type, not every outbound-direction phone call in your account.
Definitions
The table below explains the columns and metrics on the Campaign Enrollment Report:
Column / metric | Meaning | How to use it |
OB Enrolled | Customers enrolled into an outbound campaign during the selected date range | Compare enrollment volume across campaigns and stores |
OB Total Handled | Total calls on an outbound campaign (outbound dials plus handled callbacks) | Review dial and callback volume before judging contact rate |
OB Total Contacts | Calls on an outbound campaign where the disposition indicates contact was made | Compare to OB Total Handled to see whether customers are answering |
OB Total Appts | Combined new appointments from outbound calls, callbacks, email, and SMS on outbound campaigns | See total appointment outcomes tied to outbound enrollments |
OB Total Appts % | Total outbound-related appointments divided by total outbound-related contacts | Spot campaigns where contacted customers are not booking |
OB Completion | Total customers expired or removed from an outbound campaign | Overall exit volume — pair with Completed By columns for reasons |
OB Active Enrollees | Customers currently enrolled in an outbound campaign who can still be worked | Check whether enrollments are still being worked versus exiting |
OB Completed By Final Disposition | Customers expired because a disposition that denotes completion was selected | See how many exits came from a completed disposition |
OB Completed By Max Attempts | Customers expired because they reached the campaign's allotted attempts | Flag campaigns where customers exit before contact |
OB Completed By Expiration Days | Customers expired because active days enrolled exceeded the campaign's expiration days setting | Review whether enrollment windows are too short for your dial pace |
OB Completed By Opt Outs | Customers expired because they opted out of communications (all channels or the campaign's method) | Track compliance-related exits from enrollments |
OB Completed By Other | Customers expired for reasons other than the named completion columns | Catch exits that do not fit the standard reason buckets |
Organization / Store | The dealership location associated with the enrollment activity | Compare completion patterns by location |
Campaign | The outbound campaign whose enrollments appear on the row | Focus coaching or dial adjustments on specific campaigns |
How to read it
Use these steps to read the Campaign Enrollment Report:
Set Date Range and Organization / Store filters so every tile and table row reflects the same scope.
Start with summary tiles — OB Enrolled, OB Active Enrollees, OB Total Contacts, OB Total Appts, and OB Completion show volume, follow-through, and exits at a glance.
Use trend and comparison charts (when present) to see whether enrollments and completions are improving over time.
In the campaign enrollment table, compare OB Total Handled and OB Total Contacts to see whether enrolled customers are being reached.
Review OB Total Appts and OB Total Appts % to judge contact-to-appointment conversion.
Compare OB Active Enrollees to OB Completion and the Completed By columns to see why customers leave campaigns before they are fully worked.
Drill into OB Completed By Max Attempts, OB Completed By Expiration Days, and OB Completed By Opt Outs when completion volume is high but contacts or appointments are low.
Limitations
The Campaign Enrollment Report has these verified limits:
Metrics are tied to outbound campaigns, not inbound campaigns or every outbound phone call in the account. Use agent conversion or campaign performance reports when you need those views.
It focuses on enrollment lifecycle and completion reasons; it is not a full replacement for every legacy summary or agent-level conversion report.
Summary tiles, charts, filter labels, and export controls may vary on the live dashboard — treat the live report as the source of truth.
Common questions
How is outbound determined on the Campaign Enrollment Report?
Outbound on the Campaign Enrollment Report is determined by campaign type — metrics include activity tied to outbound campaigns, not every phone call placed from your account.
What does OB Completion mean on the Campaign Enrollment Report?
OB Completion is the total number of customers who were expired or removed from an outbound campaign. The Completed By columns break that total into reasons such as final disposition, max attempts, expiration days, opt-outs, and other.
What are active enrollees on the Campaign Enrollment Report?
OB Active Enrollees are customers currently enrolled in an outbound campaign who can still be worked through that campaign's communication method.
Why doesn't a total match another report I use?
The Campaign Enrollment Report scopes metrics to outbound campaign enrollments and specific completion rules. Another report may include different campaign types, date logic, or channels — compare filter scope and definitions before expecting numbers to match.
What to do next
