Confirm that Suspicious Communication is available in Pulse so you can filter flagged calls on the Call Intelligence Dashboard.

Before you start

To confirm Pulse Suspicious Communication access, you need:

  • Access to Pulse in Volie

  • Suspicious Communication enabled for your account (Volie turns this on — you cannot enable it yourself in the product)

Steps

Follow these steps to confirm Pulse Suspicious Communication access:

  1. Go to Pulse in the left navigation. You should land on the Call Intelligence Dashboard.

  2. Open Filters (filter control on the dashboard).

  3. Under Quick Filters, look for the Suspicious Only checkbox.

  4. If Suspicious Only is visible, Suspicious Communication is enabled for your account — you are ready to review flagged calls.

  5. If Suspicious Only is missing, contact Volie support or your Volie CSM and ask them to enable Suspicious Communication for your account.

What success looks like

When Pulse Suspicious Communication access is confirmed, Suspicious Only appears under Quick Filters on the Call Intelligence Dashboard. If you do not see Suspicious Only, the capability is not enabled for your account yet — ask Volie to enable it, then refresh and check Filters again.

Limitations

Pulse Suspicious Communication has these verified limits:

  • Customers cannot turn Suspicious Communication on from Admin settings — Volie enables it for the account.

  • Suspicious Only does not appear until the capability is enabled, even if you already use other Pulse quick filters.

Common questions

Who can confirm Pulse Suspicious Communication access?

Any user who can open Pulse can confirm access by checking whether Suspicious Only appears under Quick Filters. Enabling the capability for the account is done by Volie, not by an in-product Admin toggle.

Why don’t I see Suspicious Only in Pulse?

You usually do not see Suspicious Only because Suspicious Communication is not enabled for your account, or you are not on a Pulse experience that includes this filter. Ask Volie support or your CSM to confirm enablement, then refresh the Call Intelligence Dashboard.

Is this the same as Suspicious Calls on the classic Calls list?

No. Pulse Suspicious Communication flags unusual call patterns versus similar calls on the Pulse dashboard. Classic Suspicious / short-call labels on the Calls list or some reports are a different product concept.
