Set open and closed hours at the Account, Organization, or Campaign level so appointment scheduling uses the right windows.

Before you start

To set up Appointment Scheduling Hours, you need:

  • An Admin role (Manager, Owner, or Super Admin)

  • The account, organization, or campaign these hours belong to

Steps

Follow these steps to set up Appointment Scheduling Hours:

  1. Go to Admin → Appointment Scheduling Hours.

  2. Select the plus icon (or the row edit icon for a non-SYSTEM row).

  3. Set Ownable to Account, Organization, or Campaign. Select Organization and Campaign when those fields appear.

  4. Select a weekday, choose Open or Closed.

  5. If Open, set Start Time and End Time (hour, minute, AM/PM). Start must be before end.

  6. Select Save. Repeat for each day you need.

What success looks like

When Appointment Scheduling Hours setup is complete, the index shows Level, Name, and Sun–Sat (or CLOSED). If you don’t see hours, you will see Unable to find any appointment scheduling hours. SYSTEM rows cannot be edited.

Limitations

Appointment Scheduling Hours has these verified limits:

  • SYSTEM rows have no edit control.

  • You can delete a day’s hours only when that day belongs to the Ownable you currently have selected.
