What is Toyoguard?
ToyoGuard is an extended protection plan available for new Toyota vehicles purchased from SET (Southeast Toyota) dealers, providing coverage that goes beyond the standard 2-year/25,000-mile ToyotaCare plan.
It includes up to 5 years or 60,000 miles of added protection, and can cover services such as synthetic oil changes, tire rotations, etc.
Viewing Toyoguard in the Communication Center
When enabled, agents can view any remaining ToyoGuard package services directly within the Call Screen in the Communication Center. (Please speak with your Volie Coach about enabling it in your account.)
If a vehicle has ToyoGuard coverage, an icon will appear next to it in the Vehicles list within the middle panel of the call screen.
To view, go to the More dropdown menu, located in the middle panel of the call screen.
Click Toyoguard to display this information in the middle panel, replacing the default Vehicles view.
Any vehicles with Toyoguard will be displayed. Click the arrow on the left to expand.
The expanded view gives additional information:
Seller Name: The dealership where the vehicle was purchased
Expiration Date: The expiration date of Toyoguard services
All available services are also listed, along with their status (Complete or Open) as well as the date of service.
