Locating the Campaign Creator
Go to Admin > Campaigns.
On the left hand side menu, click the Plus icon (the furthest icon on the right). You’ll see the screen below.
You can create a new campaign, inherit from another campaign (and make the new campaign a child) or copy an existing campaign.
New Campaign
You’ll choose the organization, and give the campaign a name.
You’ll then choose the Communication Type - is this a Phone, Email, or SMS campaign.
Next, choose a start and end date. The Start Date will default to the date you create the campaign; only choose an End Date if you’d like the campaign to become inactivated at a particular time.
You also have the option to enable inheritance and designate this new campaign as the Parent. You can then assign all organizations as Children, or select only specific ones.

New Campaign (continued)
Once you reach the main campaign menu, click All Campaigns on the left-hand side to locate your campaign for editing and review. You can search by name or sort the list by clicking the Created column header.
Click the orange edit icon on the far right. You’ll then see the screen below.
On the left side, it will default to the megaphone icon. These are the menus where you’ll edit campaign specifics.

Other Campaign Types You Can Create
In addition to creating standalone campaigns, you can create child campaigns linked to a parent or copy an existing campaign.
Inherit from existing campaign:
Select this option, then choose the parent campaign to link it to.
You’ll then select the organization for the campaign.
Copy existing campaign:
Choose this option if you want to create a new campaign from an existing one, but don’t want to enable inheritance.

Marketing Exclusion: The number of marketing exclusion days affects if a customer will or will not be enrolled in a campaign, based on their most recent communication history.
Additional options can be indicated, such as wanting customers to be enrolled once for each unique event (service, sales, etc) or if incoming leads should ignore marketing exclusion.
Enrollment Expire Mode is turned off by default. When you turn it on, you have two options:
All: Enrolling a customer in this campaign will automatically remove them from any other campaigns they’re currently active in.
Campaign Type: Enrolling a customer will only remove them from other campaigns of the same type.
Example: If you have multiple "Maintenance Retention" campaigns—like Active, Inactive, and High Risk—and you enroll a customer into the Active campaign, choosing Campaign Type will automatically remove them from the Inactive or High Risk versions if they’re already enrolled in those.
