Making your Campaign Active
You may need to review your campaign so it can become active. Click the orange edit icon, to the right of the campaign name.
By scrolling on the left hand side, you’ll be able to see in red the items that need review, before you can activate your campaign.
When creating a new campaign, it's important to thoroughly review each component to ensure proper setup. Key items to double-check include dispositions, alerts, marketing exclusions, phone outbound settings, query parameters, and survey templates.
Keep in mind that just because a component isn't highlighted in red doesn't mean it should be overlooked. Red indicators only signify required fields that must be completed before a campaign can be activated. However, all components—regardless of status—should be reviewed for accuracy and completeness.
As a best practice, be sure to always verify the phone number. Volie allows you to select default phone numbers at the organziation level to simplify your new campaign set up. Always confirm the correct number is selected before agents begin calling.

Making your Campaign Active (continued)
A phone number must be assigned to activate this campaign. If one isn’t already available for your organization, you can provision a new number via Admin > Incoming Phone Numbers or directly from this screen.
Click the green Add Phone Number button, then the green Provision New Numbers button.
You’ll select the organization the phone number will be assigned to, Twilio as the provider name and Volie as the provider account. You can search by values such as the area code to find an available phone number.
After searching, you’ll see a list of available phone numbers. Choose the number(s) you’d like, then click the Select button on the far right. In this view, you can also see if the number has SMS and MMS capabilities. Click Purchase Number(s) to continue.
