The Campaign Deployments page consists of four tabs.
Deployments is an index of all scheduled, in progress, and completed email and SMS deployments.
Schedule New Deployment is the page that you will utilize to either deploy your emails/SMS immediately or schedule them for deployment on a future date/time.
Manual Deployment can be used to manually send out SMS messages (this tab will not be utilized for email campaigns).
Search is a historical report of all deployments and details within them.
Deployment Tab
This page is an index for all scheduled, in progress, and completed email and SMS deployments. By default, the page displays active deployments, however, you can use the search tool to narrow/expand your index by deployment status, deployment type, organization, and campaign.
This page is real-time, so you’ll be able to watch your deployments move through various stages of deployment at the moment.
Clicking into an individual deployment will display even more detail regarding that deployment. Try also clicking into the Activity Log to see the names of all the users who contributed to the deployment.
Schedule New Deployment
This page displays all email and SMS campaigns that are available for deployment (active campaigns with records enrolled/ready). From this page, you may deploy your emails/SMS immediately or schedule them for deployment on a future date/time.
By clicking into the deployment, you can toggle several variables of your deployment:
Quantity Type: Elect whether to deploy all your enrolled records or break the deployment into several sends by selecting Partial from the Quantity Type drop-down.
Record Delay: By default, Voile will allow you to deploy a maximum of 1 email per second. However, if you’d like to space your emails out further, you may elect to increase the number of seconds between emails. This aids to the consistency and regularity of your deployments which have a positive impact on deliverability.
Start Immediately?: You may elect to send all your emails/SMS immediately, or uncheck the box to schedule your deployment for a specific date/time.
Both communication types will move to the Active Deployments screen. Email deployments will begin at the date and time scheduled.
SMS deployments will be populated for the agents in the SMS screen in the Communication Center at the date and time scheduled. This can be done by hitting the spacebar or clicking by each individual one.
Manual Deployment
This shows campaigns with ready customers. By hitting the Green “Deploy” button, it will pop up a screen to start shooting them off.
This can be done by hitting the spacebar or clicking on each individual one.
