Pulse Alerts

Pulse Alerts are triggered by Pulse, Volie’s AI that reviews every call. When set conditions are met, it automatically emails designated recipients, keeping managers informed without manual call reviews.

Pulse Alerts are generated based on evaluations completed by Pulse, Volie’s AI product that reviews every call. When a configured alert condition is met, an email notification is sent to the designated recipients. This allows managers to be informed of specific call outcomes or behaviors without manually reviewing each interaction.

Enabling Pulse Alerts

  • Select Pulse from the dark blue menu on the left side.

  • Click My Alerts

  • Click Add New Alert to select the specific alerts you would like to receive. Each Admin user can configure their own alert preferences.

  • Alerts can also be filtered by Organization, Team, Campaign, etc.

  • You can assign a name to the alert by entering it in the Alert Name field at the top.

Recommended Alerts

  • The following alerts are recommended. Additional alerts are available based on Pulse Flags and Opportunity Statuses.

  • Flags:

    • Dispositions not matching contents of communication: This alert is triggered when the agent’s selected disposition does not align with the content of the call.

    • Unprofessionalism: This alert is triggered when unprofessional behavior is identified in a call.

  • Customer Escalated: This alert is triggered when a customer is particularly angry or upset. Escalation to management is recommended.

  • Opportunity Statuses - select Missed: This alert is triggered when a missed opportunity is identified (e.g., an appointment was not set when one could have been).
