Getting started with the Agent Inbound Conversion report

The Agent Inbound Conversion report gives BDC managers one agent-level view of inbound campaign activity — presented and handled calls, leads, appointments, return-call outcomes, and show results — so you can coach without stitching together separate reports.

Why teams use this

Teams use the Agent Inbound Conversion report to compare how agents turn inbound dealership phone activity into leads and appointments. It combines inbound call handling, lead creation, appointment setting, return-call recovery on inbound campaigns, email and SMS appointment contributions, scheduled appointments, and show rates in a single dashboard.

What the report is

The Agent Inbound Conversion report is an interactive dashboard in Reports. Metrics are tied to inbound campaigns (campaign type inbound), not every phone call that rings into your account. When you change filters, summary tiles, charts, and the agent table refresh together.

Before you start

To get started with the Agent Inbound Conversion report, you need:

  • A Manager or Admin role (or another role with access to Reports)

  • The report visible on your Reports home (it may appear under Account Specific Reports or General Reports)

  • Access to the organizations, teams, and campaigns whose data you expect to see

Quick start

Follow these steps to get started with the Agent Inbound Conversion report:

  1. Sign in to Volie.

  2. Go to Reports.

  3. Find Agent Inbound Conversion and open the report card.

  4. Set Date Range and any Organization / Store, Team, or Agent filters for the period you want to review.

  5. Review summary tiles, then scroll to the Agent Performance Overview table for agent-level detail.

What success looks like

When the Agent Inbound Conversion report is working for you, you see summary tiles and an agent table that update when you change filters. If you do not see the report card on Reports, confirm your role includes Reports access and ask your Volie account team whether the report is enabled for your account.
