Enroller Runs

The Enroller Runs page provides an index of enrollment activity in Volie (initiated via campaign run schedule or data import).

To access Enroller Runs, navigate to Admin on the left-hand menu, and select Enroller Runs from the Data Settings menu.

On the left-hand side of the page are filter options to narrow your search by specific criteria: date of enrollment activity, organization, campaign, purpose (campaign evaluation and expire, campaign simulation, criterion stats, customer evaluation, default), and status (canceled, completed, error, in progress, not applicable, scheduled).

The index page displays enrollments in reverse chronological order, with the most recent enrollments being at the top of the page.

Scrolling left to right, the index view includes details:

  • Link to expand enroller run details

  • Created: date/time stamp of enrollment activity

  • Organization

  • Campaign

  • Purpose: campaign evaluation and expire, campaign simulation, criterion stats, customer evaluation, default

  • Status: canceled, completed, error, in progress, not applicable, scheduled

  • Query Param Customers: count of customers who qualified for the campaign based on the query parameters

  • Potential Customers: of those who met the query parameter criteria, count of customers who qualified for the campaign based on sufficient contact information

  • Potential Events: of those who met the query parameter and potential customer criteria, count of customers who qualified for the campaign based on the unique event check

  • Eligible: of those who met the query parameter, potential customer, and potential event criteria, count of customers who qualified for the campaign based on marketing exclusion and communication preferences

  • Success: count of customers who were enrolled successfully into the campaign

  • In Progress At: date/time stamp of when enroller run began

  • Completed At: date/time stamp of when enroller run finished

  • Duration: time from enroller run start to enroller run finish

Clicking on the blue view icon on the left hand side of the screen will open the particular enroll run to view additional details.

On the Summary Menu: The left hand section provides two tabs, Summary and Events.

The Summary tab provides details:

  • Created At: date/time stamp of enrollment activity

  • Organization

  • Campaign

  • Purpose: campaign evaluation and expire, campaign simulation, criterion stats, customer evaluation, default

  • Status: canceled, completed, error, in progress, not applicable, scheduled

  • Step:

  • Duration: time from enroller run start to enroller run finish

  • In Progress At: date/time stamp of when enroller run began

  • Completed At: date/time stamp of when enroller run finished

  • Query Param Customers: count of customers who qualified for the campaign based on the query parameters

  • Potential Customers: of those who met the query parameter criteria, count of customers who qualified for the campaign based on sufficient contact information

  • Potential Events: of those who met the query parameter and potential customer criteria, count of customers who qualified for the campaign based on the unique event check

  • Eligible: of those who met the query parameter, potential customer, and potential event criteria, count of customers who qualified for the campaign based on marketing exclusion and communication preferences

  • Success: count of customers who were enrolled successfully into the campaign

The Events tab provides a summary of the enrollment events:

  • Main

  • Criterions

  • Enroller Run Customers

  • Customer Validation

  • Campaign Customers

The right hand section of the Summary tab shows a flowchart of how the records progressed through the various enrollment checks:

  • Query Param Customers: count of customers who qualified for the campaign based on the query parameters

  • Potential Customers: of those who met the query parameter criteria, count of customers who qualified for the campaign based on sufficient contact information

  • Valid Potentials: of those who met the query parameter, potential customer, and potential event criteria, count of customers who qualified for the campaign based on marketing exclusion and communication preferences

  • Enrolled: count of customers who were enrolled successfully into the campaign

On the Query Params Menu: A breakdown of each query parameter considered for the enroller run

  • Organization

  • Campaign

  • Process Order: the order of the query parameters on the campaign

  • Status: canceled, completed, error, in progress, not applicable, scheduled

  • Duration: time from enroller run start to enroller run finish on this query parameter

  • Total Customers: count of customers who met the query parameter criteria

  • Average Potential Duration:

  • Query Attempts:

  • Created At: date/time stamp of query parameter run entering queue

  • In Progress At: date/time stamp of query parameter run start

  • Completed At: date/time stamp of query parameter run finish

On the Potentials Menu: an index of all potential customers and whether or not they passed the various enrollment checks

  • First Name

  • Last Name

  • Status: (Success, Error or Pending), indicates whether or not the customer was successfully enrolled

  • Is Valid: (Valid or Invalid)

  • Already in Queue: (Passed or Failed), pass would indicate that the customer is not already in queue for this campaign

  • Casl: (Passed or Failed), pass would indicate that the customer meets CASL requirements.

  • Deleted:

  • Marketing Exclusion: (Passed or Failed), pass would indicate that the customer meets the marketing exclusion criteria of the campaign

  • Opt Out All: (Passed or Failed), pass would indicate that the customer is not opted out of all communications

  • Unique Event: (Passed or Failed), pass would indicate that the customer has not previously been enrolled into this campaign for this particular set of circumstances

  • Valid Email: (Passed or Failed or NA), pass would indicate that the customer meets communication requirements for the campaign.

  • Valid Message: (Passed or Failed or NA), pass would indicate that the customer meets communication requirements for the campaign.

  • Valid Phone: (Passed or Failed or NA), pass would indicate that the customer meets communication requirements for the campaign.

  • Validated At: Date/time stamp of when the customer was evaluated

On the Campaign Customers Menu: an index of all successfully enrolled customers and their current campaign status

  • First Name

  • Last Name

  • Vehicle: Year, Make, Model

  • Purpose: (Default, Return Call, Return Email, Return Message), indicates how the customer was enrolled into the campaign

  • Status: (Assigned, Completed, Error, In Progress, Pending Deployment, Queued), indicates the customer’s current status of enrollment in the campaign

  • Expiration: (xyz), indicates how the customer was expired from the campaign

  • Expired At: Date/time stamp of when the customer was expired from the campaign

  • Last Attempt Time: Date/time stamp of the last/most recent attempt on this record

  • Last Attempt Disposition: the disposition corresponding with the last/most recent attempt on this record
