Select the three vertical dots in the top right of your Chrome window.
From here, select Privacy and Security and then choose "Clear Browsing Data".
It will open up a pop-up. Select Advanced options.
Filter the Time range for All Time and check the following boxes:
Browsing History
Download History
Cookies and other site data
Cached images and files
Site settings
Do not select the following:
Passwords and other sign-in data
Autofill form data
Select Clear Data. Refresh your Volie screen and re-login.
