From Admin, select Message Templates.
Once you are in message templates, you will have access to the templates that have been created in your account. You will be able to search or view them by organization, template name, start and end date, and message key.
Creating a Message Template
To create a message template, you will select the + button.
Here, you will be prompted to give the template a name, select a language, select an organization (if this template should only be utilized in one organization), and type in your body.
By default, a disclaimer message will auto populate into the template.
Hit Save.
Edit the message as needed, and add Tags below. Tags are the lists of cadences to help speed up response times. Or in other words, these are used to break up message templates into categories.
To create a tag:
From Admin, select Tags. Select the + symbol in the right corner. You can also search for tags, as well as view all current tags in the list on the screen.
To attach a tag to a message template: From Admin, select Message Templates.
By selecting Edit to a current message template, now the bottom of the screen will give you an option of attaching a tag to each individual template by selecting the purple add tag button.
(You can add multiple tags, and it will list them here.)
To add a tag to a new message template, you will need to create the message template as normal, and then attach the tags in the editing wizard.
